a super easy dessert that i loved to make when i was learning to cook is pudding pie: basically u bake a pie crust (premade is fine, or use like, graham cracker), u make up a box of pudding with slightly less milk than the recipe calls for, u mix that with some cool whip, and pour it into the prepared pie crust. refrigerate for a few hours and ur good

This is kind of American but maybe pumpkin pie? At least here in the states the ingredients are real easy to get and you can make it ahead of time then put it in the fridge.

Or some other pie... pies are pretty easy lol in general if you can get pre-made pie crust (the roll-out kind is better than the frozen already-in-a-try kind).

A side dish I very much like that's a bit fancy but not difficult is Waldorf salad.
