What is self-care?
In short, self-care is any act that you do for yourself to improve your emotional, physical or psychological well-being. Self-care entails different things to different people, but if you do something for yourself that makes you feel good emotionally or physically, chances are it's a type of self-care!

- Having a bubble bath!

- Talking to your friends!

- Smelling really nice candles!
- Listening to a really relaxing song!
- Painting your nails!
- Learning a new skill!
- Cuddling a cute animal!
- And so much more!
